As modular building construction contractors working in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program we specialize in military, local, state, and federal government construction, and are eligible for sole-source contracts, or no-bid contracts. The SBA 8(a) certification makes it easy for Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Bureau of Indian Affairs, General Services Administration (GSA), and other state and federal government agencies to work with us to procure buildings and construction services.
